Shakespeare, cummings, Poe, Shelley, Frost, T.S. Eliot, the poets in PIP   (I know she said outside of Passions but I couldn't resist)

and the child in me still loves Shel Silverstein

yes, Lovecraft wrote poetry. it just wasn't as famous as his horror stories.
