Apple. And yeah, being slightly narcissistic, I'm the apple of my eye. LOL

Seems I have a new weapon in my verbal arsenal. When someone calls me a slacker, wastrel, or socially irresponsible wanderer, I can just tell them to bite an apple. BTW, all those prior descriptions do fit, as seen in my archived poem Beau Nidle. Although, according to Wicca http://www.wicca.com/celtic/celtic/treecal.htm I'm treeless. Maybe I can qualify as a shrubbery....."NI!"

For those who know about Rune Stones, it came as no surprise that my birthdate drew the Blank Rune.

Fig tree doesn't fit me very well, although I like the independence bit. Where did you find this list?

Just came back to add that it is interesting to note, that the Hornbeam tree, is listed twice. One half of which partially corresponds to the zodiac sign of Gemini...hmmm..coincidence or not?

Rex, you just might have made me go dust off my books!

With only a short span of days between 'tree signs' ... I think some of the adjoining traits may pertain as well, especially if your birthdate is borderline

My next post will be #2000 so I may not be back until I get off my Keester to write something "worthy" so to speak

It's interesting to see people telling us a little about themselves ... even in this manner ... admitting to fact or fiction

I also wonder ... that when the trees are listed twice ... can a person born during this twin time be the 'soulmate' we are looking for?
Or if not, perhaps a person to stay clear of?

Pine tree...

Seldom friendly? Gee...hope not...

And as for falling in love quickly...maybe...but if it's true - it sustains, over trial and trial...

Er...if being really active includes reading lots and devoting much time to making chocolate consumption an art form - then hell yes!

(loyal yes, jealous no)

Interesting...thanks!

"tends not to forgive mistakes"

Man, this is really not true. If anything, I am TOO forgiving! lol

I'm also more of a follower, not that I don't enjoy being outspoken and letting others know my opinion on things, I think I enjoy giving others the chance to show what they're made of..

I do have a wicked sense of humor, though, that much is true.

I wouldn't quite agree with the 'no compromise' and 'egotistic' but who am I to say?

Well, mine wasn't exactly on the mark. Quite literally? As a passionate tree climber, I fell from lots of olive trees as a child, and oak trees. We didn't have chestnut trees in our neck-of-the-woods.

But the olive tree and the chestnut combined seem to fit me somehow.

Wow, this thread is OLD!!! LOL
