Has anyone ever been to an amusement park that was so ...oh, what's the word?....Lame, yeah, that's it, lame. I drove my family 4 hours across the state of N. Carolina yesterday to an amusement park. Payed $20.00 bucks a piece to get in ($80.00 total) and the only attraction they had was a friggin' 20 minute train ride that took you over 3 miles in the woods to see some lame actors playing "Cowboys & Indians." Oh, now, my kids loved it sure but I for one will never go back. After the day I had there I had to turn around and drive 4 hours back. Hey - I think I know that word!!! It means something like 'tree' in the ancient language of Adslhtqlhdegalhjlakj - am I right? Wow...I thought I was the only one who studied that! You know what...when I was in Australia, Maree (dark angel) and I drove a long way to go to the amusement park - and I was hanging out for this rollercoaster called the Demon...how cool does that sound? But, of course, since it knew I had come from another country just to see it...it threw a hissy fit and wouldn't go... sigh... I would like to find Murphy and wring his neck...  |

It's a funny thing that...they call it an Amusement Park. And the sad thing is the sado-masochists that continue to go there, deriving amusement from the pain to the pocketbook...
