THey were produced by P. diddy and bad boy records. 5 women with amazing talent and great voices, put together an amazing album, every song by them is good, Touching my body, Ooh ahh, Come over, and Ain't true were good but the worst on that album.
Now, then there is Show stopper, and Want it, catchy both, and Want it is full of feelings, Back up, is also catchy. One shot , is very cliche in my oppinion but very good and catchy and interesting twists to it . Hold me down, Stay with me, Ride for you, Press Pause are all touching songs about loyalty, what it means to be in love, with true feelings coming out in those songs, and sadness mixed with superb vocals .

They are a very good band, one of the better I have heard recently, check them out.
