I don't even like pools where I can't see all four edges LOL, let alone an open sea! Many times the kids wanted to send me, and I just can't bring myself to do it, yet I jump out of planes go figure that one out? I think I will wait until Nan does it first than think about it some more. |

Well that explains a lot! If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, |

Wow Sharon! That site is phenomenal! Whoever built that interactive setup did a terrific job. That was a blast going through it! I LOVE the flowrider! |

whoohoo! I surfed today! LOL, and that's possibly the longest I stayed on a board. What a creative fun way to entice someone onto a ship! |

Well...I go there almost every day and try to convince myself I will be able to handle a cruise as I do want to go but am terrified really of open water (no edges like a pool yanno?) I have taken visitors on ferries here but those don't take too long, days now that is a different story. The one thing that keeps sticking in the back of my mind is my son says the food and the shopping are great! He goes on one at least once a year and swears by a cruise being the best bang for your buck when it comes to vacation. I have always wanted to "do" Cyprus, and some of the greek islands, etc. so working at this phobia. I want to see how Nan does on her cruise first then I will think more about it. That movie "Shirley Valentine" had me hooked from the get-go to get over to that part of the world, and I made a promise to myself I would do it before I am 6 feet under |
