I can tell you this is a fact based on my experience here at PiP. For that matter, the first and last letters don't necessarily have to be right (and so often aren't).

I still shudder at some of the spelling prevalent in modern "adult" society.

Incorrect spelling still bugs me. Incorrect grammar too. It's the English Major in me.

Dyslexia is a different story though, if it's something like that, then it can't be helped. It's when it's pure laziness that's causing the bad English that I get irritated.
