I received this in an email today. Thought it was funny and potentially humbling to a 'great thinker' such as myself. Ha! The correct answers follow the questions. 1. A doctor gives you three pills telling you to take one every half hour. How many minutes would the pills last? Don’t know, 20, 40, 60, 90 9. A farmer has 17 sheep, and all but 9 die. How many are left? Don’t know, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 10. How many animals of each sex did Moses take on the ark? Don’t know, 3, 2, 1, 0 11. How many two cent stamps are there in a dozen? I got a couple 1. A boat has a ladder going into the water, and each step is a foot apart. As of now, there are two steps under water. When the tide comes in and the water rises 3 feet, how many steps are gonna be in the water? 2. A plane crashes in the border of Indiana and Illinois. Many were lost, but miraculously a lot of the passengers survived. So, where are you gonna burry them, in Illinois or in Indiana? answers: 1. 2 -- the boat rises with the water 2. no where, they survived "So long as men can breathe or eyes can see, So long lives this, and this give life to thee." Those were fun. How about this test? MIND TEASERS This test does not measure your intelligence, your fluency with words, and certainly not your mathematical ability.
