sometimes the absurdity of life just pleases me so much--I'm sitting here listening to the local news, and it seems that David Duke is eager to begin his prison term for tax evasion--I'm so pleased he finally got a term.

and if that wasn't good enough? 24 Rhesus Monkey escaped from Tulane's research facility in Covington....

hmmm...shaking my head and sipping my coffee--finally New Orleans has made a decent trade...now if we can just work on the football...

What amuses me is that some people in Congress have decided to change the name of one of my favorite foods. No longer are they french fries..now they're 'freedom fries'. HUH? I think that's a bit ridiculous.

oh don't get me started on freedom fries and freedom toast.

if the american government becomes anymore egotistical i swear they will implode.
