What is your favorite piece of poetry or prose not by another, but of your own works?!  Please add a link to it if you can...thank you.

No sorry, I can’t think of any I really like, there are one or two that are marginally bearable but most I just plain detest.

I don't have a link to it but it's called "Route 24".

Imagination=nostalgia for the past, the absent; it is the liquid solution in which art develops the snapshots of reality.

My favourite story by me is called Moonlight & Water. It's short, for me, which means about 12 or so pages. It was written in a time of severe emotional collapse, and more or less brought me back to life.

This contains swears and some adult concepts, so I guess I do hafta warn you.

It's more or less about finding resolution and maybe a little bit of faith when you're at your most messed up.

Moonlight and Water, my favourite story.

My fave poem is either Midnight Beauty or Violence of Music... Not sure.

Is this what you wanted me to be?

I don't think that I have a favourite. I have some that I like...

I suppose the one that means the most to me is the first one.. it was the door.. that's where it started..

I'd like to think though that I have come a long way since 12.

I'm married to Mr.Metaphor. We make love everyday.

We should have all pride in our work, thanks for sharing thoughts and poetries.

Essorant, I am extremely pleased with my work, whether it meets others standards or not.  I am pleased because each is a part of me, and that I have a place to share it makes each gift that much more precious.  But they are like potatoe chips, and I can't pick just one!  LOL...If I had to pick a favorite, though, it would have been the one I wrote years ago, which my mother read, and which scared her.  I wasn't proud that she was anxious over the thoughts I was having way back then, which helped to make up the fictitious writing, but that I wrote it well enough, apparently, for it to touch the center of her concern.

Thanks for asking!

Every time I write something I think it's horrible, but once I leave it for a while, and then read it again after I've forgotten why I thought it was so horrible, I realise that it really is a good poem, and I truly do write well. I actually never realised this before... Thanks

My favorite piece is located under my old username, is it still okay if I post the link to it, claiming it as my own work (which it is, of course)? I do not see why not, but thought I would be cautious, and if anyone sees a problem, just say so! Anyway, here is the link, it's called "Past"...
