The Sonant Bolt


Mornlight, she and her muse partake
and soon a novel charm awake.  
They reel it off their breast on high
and feel the spirit amplify
in ruffles fleeting on the lake
and drifts scudding about the sky;
as brazen-splendant sonant bolt
report and rustle in the holt,
through all of nature, then back come
to leave in awe, the Makers dumb.
