Doer of Good Word Sweet poemwright, doer of good word truthward in deed, mindworthy herd of vers thou art most wonder made right for making, bright for thy trade; a loreknight of the round world pight learner and nurse of love aright sworded with feather weild thy quest and light that volume of man's breast with tune of truth his world shall hear in every inch of its ear! This age is a madding array; be daunted not to sing and say- City sons need respite from din So dreamer, wake the harp within. No eyne are more sure gems godkind than thine that make a poet's mind! It's nobled halls, it's history; Each fire faring meal and degree. Doer of good word, thou art heard in poetic plumage, a bird farer of skies, bearer of song in natures court reporting strong. First thing Ess, before I say anything about your poem, I have a question. Why the style? Why the thous and the arts and so on? K |
