I've Cried
I've been down and out
With nowhere to go,
No place to run,
to let my troubles be.

I've been myself,
No one else, but me.

Theres been times when i wanted to cry,
and sometimes i did.

Some cries i held within, just to be strong
Now the self-control and strength is gone.

I'm too weak to carry on, There've been to many hurts,
For this fourteen years old to bare.

I've taken protective attitude, one that doesnt care.
My thoughts have shifted,
my mind has changed.

Sometimes i cry wondering ,
who's to Blame...

ME?

(sad sigh) I think ever so often we tend to get too hard on ourselves and that is what results in these expressions of grief and regret, dearest friend, my heart goes out to you and I hope now these times have passed! (big hugggsssssss( I am not a good critiquer as I believe all sincere poetry makes up the best poetry so I leave you with my vote, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!
