Sparring of Youthful Eyes

Throughout
     These
               -red eyes
The night,
(Its hair falls out to me)
[Tomorrow soaks into
baths lukewarm.]
The bird's wings and
     Color coaded feet
          Attacks the scene.
And the moon scrapes
(And slides down the blackboard)
[Only lukewarm is warm
Enough not to steam]
Back inside paradise, forever
     pressing the ground
And no one knows what this means.
No,
No more of this confusion
(It's a fake night again)
[And tidal waves crash against
Rocks of sounding boards]
So sleep with lidless eyes, staring
     into nothing of worth
But anything is nothing to no one.

This is an interesting if experimental work. I'm not sure I understand the significance of parentheses and brackets.

Is it a concrete effect?
