Yikes! A punch from the left now one from the right yikes, I need to duck. There all around me they won't go away I want to run very far, but I can't. No where to go I can't escape them. Yelling and screaming through my mind, shut up I say! They don't listen to me minds of their own, who do they think they are? Maybe I should send them an eviction notice for cruelty don't know if I can evict them they don't pay rent, they're just there. Oh no, they're inside now pounding like a hammer I grasp my head in my hands what am I gonna do with them? Relentless in their journey to anger me beyond reason, they'll go away, they have too cause it's my mind. I'll show them who's boss I'll turn off their electricity if they have no connection to my senses they can't harm, then my smile shall return to where it belongs.  |
