Intertwined Life is rough, or so they say, I learn to deal with it everyday. Just when I think I have a grip, I choke up, I fall, I trip! It's getting tough with a full tray, I need so bad to get away It isn't fair, I wanna flip, It's time to see I need a tip. That's where friends come into play, they know just when to let things lay. You can be quiet, or let things rip, true friends won't judge, they seal their lip. At times like this, they'll mold like clay, to help and take the pain away. Their lingering prescence, is like a sip, of lemonade after a dip! Hold these friendships close I say, because with time, they may fray, It only takes a single chip, to wreck a great relationship. ~Jenn 4/00~ |

So true it's scary! Life has it's way of throwing curve balls in your face all the time, but you will learn to deal with the pits in the bowl of cherries. Man, I sound old! (No offense to anyone @netpoets!) Hope, Alicia A. Renzelman |

Great relationships don't come along every day. We should cherish the ones that we have. Good poem! Denise |

Great poem JC... true friendships should always be cherished. To find love is to know true happiness... to lose love is to lose everything |

Startling piece of reality here.. Great work... MAY THE ROAD RISE TO MEET YOU, MAY THE WIND BE ALWAYS AT YOUR BACK MAY THE SUN SHINE UPON YOUR FACE THE RAINS FALL SOFT UPON YOUR FIELDS AND, UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN, MAY GOD HOLD YOU IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND Irish Blessing |
