If every star of the heavens
were some celestial fire,
burning & burning,higher & higher
& around each fire 6 faeryies dance,
but one in every million perchance,
was a human with open mind & dreams
one of the faeryies' kin,it seems.
Each artist,in his own way
is allowed into the world of faye.
Sadly,artists,we are few,
but i know that one of them is me,& one of them is you.=]

If only our fires were very near,
& the distance between them sheer.
Then there would be NO fence,
so close i could join in your dance.
As the fires swirled
we could share ¤OUR¤ world.

And you wonder why they call us kindered spirits!!

WElcome to the pub ...

I was wondering if by chance
I could join the  fairy dance
I've no fairy dust I fear
But the image I do hold dear
I do have StarrDust  mystical light
That dances through your sky at night

Really enjoyed this poem thanks  for sharing
