Arms to my knees
head in my hands
crystalized by fear
I shuddered once
and by the grain
slipped to the floor
as sand

What great words you have used. I enjoyed every line of your lovely and wonderful poem. I will be looking for more in the future.

Petite and poignant.
I love it.

Thanks all for taking the time to read.
For those who wondered...this was written about a sensation i experienced during a time of prolonged stress and dread...like shaking so fast that you become frozen and at the slightest shudder......
