Gazing on the hill
where trees were bare all winter
now they are lacy
pregnant with the buds of Spring
soon birth of leafy splendor

She dresses for Spring
her gown of Hyacinth blue
scent of pungent earth
and so Spring begins her Waltz
she dances on our heart strings
