*sneaks in quietly* I Wander Afar Distant heart traveling ever alone This time there would be no err made Fluttering, hapless, light, like a feather blown Fleeing from storm's might, dying without aid So far have I traveled through and mar Ever traveling, I wander afar Like a fire burning out on hearthstone Numbing, flickering and simmering down: afraid Wasting away beneath sorrow's grindstone Drifting away through a tear's cascade All I'll have left is the scar Ever broken, I wander afar Should this tale be told of a star's building gravestone A night dragon falling beneath her last crusade Fearing nothing but what's insider her heart: the unknown The thread held to sanity thread bare and frayed Peering through the windows given to love ajar Ever lonely, I wander afar My wings carry me from home and heart in sadness' cyclone Moving closer, tense, then evade Taking comfort in the night skies' drone Protecting the love I gave many times, betrayed Flying, never tied, no company allowed, as a shooting star Ever shattering away, I wander afar Oh lookie!
