I have a muse(well, I think I do),
I’m not really sure who has who,
Adverse, is the name I named her,
and trouble plenty she does stir,

I don’t think that any other muse,
their poet charges they so abuse,
but Adverse, she’s a different sort,
and with my words she does cavort,

she puts me down at every chance,
and on my feelings she does dance,
quite irreverent (if you ask me),
no gentle quality that I can see,

she is rather cute(I must admit),
though her girdle doesn’t really fit,
her eyes they sparkle and they dance,
with subtle looks she does entrance,

but then she speaks(her lashes flutter),
such language from sweet lips then utter,
a tirade that’s not fit to hear,
so abusive to the genteel ear,

I tried to train her(that was a trip),
but all I got from her was lip,
so now I sigh, and shake my head,
and let her ramble on instead,

of kings and queens and knights of old,
of dragon’s fire and bandits bold,
of lovers twined in deep caress,
and twists of fate no one can guess,

it could be worse(I don’t see how),
before I write she makes me bow,
and thank her for the gift of wit,
I know she thinks I’m such a twit,

but she’s for me and I’m for her,
our union strong, none can deter,
my Adverse, you are quite a muse,
this heart I give for you to use.

I wish both of you happiness and a long partnership, turmoiled as it may be at times....

That muse of yours is definitely unlike any other. Glad she's cute, at least. LOL (One thing, did you mean entrance instead of intrance?) Long my you share your adventures with us!
