I went to the store to buy her
A one of a kind,
Valentine!

They said,"You are crazy man!
There's no such thing,
Just buy her a ring!"

I said,"No that just will not do!
I should have known!"
(Then I went home alone).

She met me at the front door
No present in hand,
(Would she understand?)

To matter,it did not seem
All I could see,
Was that she wanted me!

And so Passion's Night began
It was so right,
Our Lover's Delight!

It never occured I could be
Her One of a kind,
Sweet Valentine!

(Boy does that Lady have Good Taste!)
