the one who is lurking out there
behind the crystal wall of cyber-space
peering at the holy lace
that is draped behind my face,
as you read my words
that I write/share with you,
know this, my door is open
for you to visit me in this place,
do step in as i wield my pen
as i create a breathing space
for all our longing souls to wait,
do stay for a while,
and see my words
that are crafted with care
for all my new friends and old
that are lurking out there;
step into my parlor for a cup of tea
and lets sit by this quiet fire
to talk for a while before you leave
let us chat about this and that
words and things,
and you do know. . .that
you are always welcome
into my house of words

oh, before you leave
please sign my guest book,
just so i know that you were here
and if you have time leave me a line,
to tell me what is on your mind
