Un-named.. any suggestions? (hopeful smile..    )

Listened to me tear myself to shreds,
Helped me piece together my soul, afterwards.
Held my hand as I wept,
Even if it was only figuratively.
Smiling beneath rivers and mountains and walls to conquer
I know you’ll always be there,
Perhaps always discontented.
I wish I could stitch your soul too,
Make it whole, as mine..
Don’t take this the wrong way but I love you,
As a friend.

I wrote this a while ago.. I just found it now.. =P Finding a lot of things I forgot I wrote..

This is a true dedication to a friend, sounds like someone who's been there for you when you've needed. My suggestion for a title would be: As A Friend
Thanks for sharing it here with us.

This is lovely writing, but definitely tough to title.  Sleeping on it didn't help.   Maybe Soul Mender?

Nice read.. I liked it, however it is curious that you should use such hard words as figuratively and discontented in a poem about friendship...  keep up the good work

a person is lucky to find one true friend in a lifetime..you seem to have found yours. hand on to him/her...

the woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost

Hey thanx guys! ^_^ Mmm.. yes.. a little unusual to use 'figuratively' and 'discontented' Thunder, lol.. well it was an unusual circumstance.. well, I probably wont show this person.. they can see it if they like, in here..

Hehe, Pegasus I have been so lucky, yes.. I have found several true friends now.. this was written for/of one such friend, who has kinda left, figuratively.. *_^

Thanx all for your comments and suggestions.. I think perhaps, Denise, I will use your suggestion of "As a Friend.." it sounds 'right'.. ^_^ Thanx..

Luv,
Lynne
