Vacations out, in search for a job I stepped out into the untouched world to prove my worth Prospective employers gasped "I dont believe you're 20!" "You look so young!" "I thought you were 16" Wide-eyed, they scrutinized me, as if daring me to confess i had lied Flattered at first, now my mind couldnt help wondering Could they have judged me so based on the new influx of red grossy pimples harassing my face? Gosh, the sadness of it all!! |

Haha... Kaile, I have to laugh as I read this. Yes, sad is the fact that you're still sprouting pimples at 20, but you can't help that can you. The climate in Singapore is not too helpful for those with oily skins. Most of us like to look younger than we are, but like you I realised that looking young might not be a good thing afterall. During my internship, I had a hard time proving my credibility! Everyone just treated me like a little sister, no one took me seriously. Sad... _,,,^.^,,,_ |
