Friends connected by computer,
Are still friends, nonetheless,
We use technology as a vehicle,
To come together and to be blest!

Many obstacles may often hinder,
From us meeting face to face,
But that won't stop us from greeting,
Each other at our computer place!

So the miles between us thus vanish,
The obstacles are no longer there,
As we make our "high tech" connection,
Reaching out to show that we care!

Dennis; This is so true, my dear friend. Yesterdays sharing with poet friends was so caring and full of good friendship. You wrote this so well and said it beautifully too.  Love, Sis

Dennis,

I actually read this this morning, but didnt get a chance to reply then before I was called away from the computer. As soon as I read this I knew that it came from last night's discussion, and visit. Thank you for being my friend and for writing this poem. You dont know how much both mean to me.

Dennis...

How true this is and how lovely to know that through the wonders of technology....we have friends all around the country, the world, and of course, the PUB. Wonderful poem.

Best

Computer friends are really special - people you would never meet in real life, but who share your life in very real ways.  I enjoyed this, too!

Dennis~
Oh, how very true this is.
Our hearts can reach out and touch friends
all over the world -
even though we may not 'leave' our homes -
we can invite others in via this wonderful technology.

What a huge friendship circle we have at our very fingertips !

I want to *HUG* you ALL - right this minute !
*HUGS*

Great poem!
Too true!
