Somewhere in my house Hidden from my view Is a wanted, needed item I am searching for I put it away for safekeeping !!! Someplace I would be most likely, sure to find it When I needed it again Now it alludes me Wherever it is at It is lying very still.. Doesn't even have the sense To know how hard I have been searching for it Can't even hear me call it's name! Doesn't even realize how LOST it is If "IT" could think, it just might say "Where is that brainless person who tucked me away for safekeeping?" "I know what! I will jump out and surprise her when she doesn't want or need me anymore! |

LOL...I had a birthday present for my Mom that did just that exact thing to me...years and years ago...I "found" it a year later. It meant more to her THEN, than I think it would have, had she received it earlier... Perhaps THINGS have a reason for a late arrival... Karilea If I whisper, will you listen?...
