Where laughter's like a breeze, Where it echo's in our hearts, Like it's carried through the trees... Follow me to dreamland... Where a tear is wiped away, Where a friend is there to carry you, As you face your fears today... Follow me to dreamland... Where your heart can take a rest, Where you leave it in another's hands, And it's cared for by the best... Follow me to dreamland... Where the night will fade away, Where the sun will come to meet you, As you start a brand new day... Follow me to dreamland... Where the sandman winks goodnight, Where the angel's sing a lullaby, Then tuck you in real tight... Follow me to dreamland... I hope you are making a special book for your poems. This would be a great one to read to your children someday. It has a lullaby quality about it, that says so much. Keep dreaming and writing! |
