Your Gift You came, my friend, through Darkness, bearing light. I did not know you, But I knew the voice Of Him who sent you, So I trusted you. You did not judge me, But called forth my best. You opened your heart That I, looking in, Might see Spirit's fruit, Sweet beyond sweetness. Gently, you taught me Love does not depend On sight, sound or touch. Your oil of caring Poured into my soul. I thanked God for you. |
