She came from heaven, a diamond amongst stones Her beauty is beyond compare With her raven hair, her soft skin Those deep passionate eyes And her warm and gentle touch And without even trying She reached in and took hold of my heart I fell in love with her that night Oh how I long to be with her To see the glimpse of heaven in her eyes To hold her close And tell her how much I love her To be able to press her lips to mine But I must wait for a little while longer Before I can join her in heaven Because heaven is in her arms And in her heart To find love is to know true happiness... to hold the one you love is to hold everything... to look into their eyes is to see a glimpse of heaven... b |
