I am the great healer of troubled hearts the balm that sooths your soul I am the navigator who charts the path of your life the physician that treats your tortured mind do you know who I am? I am the muse of the nine faces the truth of a thousand ages look for me in the stars in the quiet of a summer day do you know who I am? I am everything, I am nothing I am dreams, I am reality close your eyes and you will see me breathe deeply and you will smell me do you know who I am? Do you hear me in the silence touch me in the dark of night taste me in a loved one's kiss tremble at the mysterious and unknown do you know who I am? I am you I am them I am the beginning I am the end I am HIM the woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost |
