At the waters edge
little bird runs from the waves
seeking sandy lunch

masterful as always..I have watched those little sandpipers many times..still give me a kick.

the woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost

Not bad for a haiku. I just happened to just have lunch now so I thought to pay this poem a visit.
