The breath of spring, The chill of fall. A lady answered my hearts call. With eyes of green, A smile of grace. She'll always be my Funny Face. Love as hers, Is hard to find. She always soothes my restless mind. The joy of love, Brought to me. I'm not as graceful as she seems. May she forgive, My strange ways. I love her more each passing day. The birds that sing, In early dawn. Carry my love my hearts song. For my love, My Funny Face. Will always have me to stay. With her when, The nights are cold. By her side for her to hold. She fears she's not, Good for me. I hope she opens her eyes and sees. The best thing, In my life. Is the lady with green eyes. The lady whom, With style and grace. The lady I call my Funny Face.
