A Simple Touch He gives to me all his words For him a simple touch They wrap me tender, every breath No hesitation, much To tempt me when I'm on the edge To savor him my view He sways me when I walk his mind A simple pleasure, too He feeds me with his eyes of heart And guides me to the light Removes the darkness from my life Caresses me come night Drives my world of fantasy My pillow soft, to hold Makes tears of sad turn happy with A simple phrase, he's told He is beyond my realm of reach Yet flows with me each day With every simple touch of him I pause, I smile, I sway To music soft, his tune of dance His walk of avenue Slowly thoughts of simple touch Come kiss my world of you MM *2k |
