The grown child stares hard
At the morning glory and
Longs for a cuddle

Here a cuddle for writing this beauty! ellie

Summers haunting melody
that awakens
the butterflies,
calling them to join
the dance
in their silent song
of praise to God.

Kaile,

Cuddles and big hugs
Are far to infrequent now
That I am adult

I can relate to this! Good one!

All of us, young or old, want to cuddle up with someone... just the warmth of a hug, can blow away all troubles.
