I awoke this morning to a beautiful sight It was the passing of another night As I walked outside I looked to the east And let my eyes gaze upon a glorious beast After taking in all that I could I turned and wondered if I should For once I knew of an enlighten soul Who's heart shone like beuatiful gold Her honesty was much like that great ball of fire It it illuminated my heart as if built upon a pyre And as I was amazed by the beautiful sun rising I found it was here that my question lies in Should I call her again, for it has been some time Or instead wait for her to find this simple rhyme This hope I must tell you is not at all unrealistic Because her poems here before I have seen listed And quite marvelous they were, I was most impressed Her worst surely better than even my best Letting her words of beauty stroll through my head I was reminded of her splendor with each word read With an audience this time, I speak of you too I shall befriend her again, this I vow to do Yes I must try again, at whatever the cost To find what this marvoulus Lady has Lost |
