Tiffany Blue Come follow me round in the crystal sunlight I love to weave in and out colorful sights I’ll follow you first and then you follow me Underneath sun lighted crystal glass trees Sometimes diamond sunlight comes sparkling through The green summer leaves and the Tiffany blue We frolic and play and we all follow you Under roses of pink and clear Tiffany blue We follow the leader around and around Til we all get quite dizzy and fall on the ground We skip round the kitchen,we splinter and scamp Around and around Grandma’s Tiffany lamp Elizabeth Santos [This message has been edited by Elizabeth Santos (edited 06-14-2000).] |

Sometimes diamond sunlight comes sparkling through The green summer leaves and the Tiffany blue We frolic and play and we all follow you Under roses of pink and clear Tiffany blue Liz a wonderful poem, beautiful ------------------------ "Take nothing but pictures. Leave nothing but footprints. Kill nothing but time". E.E Cummings. "Art is a lie which makes us realise the truth." Pablo Picasso "You do not destroy an idea by killing people; you replace it with a better one". Edward Keating ----- |

Liz, Your poetic works of art are as resplendant as the touches of refracted light which you are describing-a true rainbow of beauty in all their glorious hues. This one was homey, Nostalgic and wonderful. David "GOD GIVES- but man must open his hand." (German Proverb) |

This little poem is about the Tiffany lamp hanging in my kitchen, and the little ones love to run around the table below it, but the lamp fascinates them. Thank you all for your kind comments Liz |
