Color blasts and spray Radiant beams Light calls out to all Sparkling souls admire Onlooking soldiers Americans erupt in joy As the sky erupts in memory Dreams of freedom Bursting forth from opression A rainbow in the night sky Violet trails lead Colorful free men follow Down the rainbow Finding golden dreams Minds of old remembered Times of old remembered Fighting for right Beautiful sentiment Twinkling in the eye Children run free A sybol of victory Alas, never lasting But still burns the fire Fueled by hope For our children to look back Respect give and smile And see us PATRIOTS |

No, it's not. Very well done. I liked it a lot! I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |

It's not all fireworks and picnics is it? It's not too late to remind the children of the real reason that we celebrate this important holiday! Great poem! |

Great piece ... deserves a ride to the top~ ~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~ |
