F  inding   our   resolve   the  mor   E
L  anguishing   beneath   the    loa   D
A  gainst  the cruel threats  we kno   W
G  ood  Citizens,  yes  we  may  sig   H
S  cathed   by   evil   ones,    but   I
T  ell  you,  we  will stand  alrigh   T
I  n  Freedom's  Mandate  and inspit   E
L  ow lifes with their  putrid agend   A
L  ady  Liberty  is  still   intendi   N'
F  lags  to  fly,  and  violence dea   D
L  et  Patriotism   abound   and  eb   B
I  s  not  America  Freedon's Citade   L
E  nsuring  a  future  for me and yo   U
S alute Old Glory, Red,White and Blu   E

Thanks for kicking off our holiday celebrations! I loved your poem....and I have a feeling that there is a lot more patriotism this year than ever before! And there is the fear that we could come under attack as we celebrate our freedom. So I think prayer and patriotism should go hand in hand now more than ever.

Thank you for your yearly revival of this poem--I appreciated being remembered and my works still being around to perpetually observe grand ocassions like the 4th of July.
