As I walk upon this earth as humble as I may be I feel all it's power rise up inside of me My heart and soul feed upon it it's very essence is what I breathe I feel a spiritual connection between this earth of mine and me I soak up all it's energy I feel alive and so at ease My spirited voice inside my soul is all it wants to please As I walk upon this earth my spirit so filled with energy The ground beneath my humble feet is my food and all I need My apologies for this repost, I just realized that I have already posted this poem here before...sorry all Love is the life of the soul... Well it was a new one to me, and I can sure identify with this as nature is my saving grace on a lof of occasions when it becomes a warm and loving friend too. I loved this, thank you for re-posting it. The most valuable thing you own is a smile, wear it, and share it. |
