(We have had a series of 5 classes, taught by our minister on the subject of miracles.This is a pretty far-out subject for hard-headed Lutherans but he had a couple of amazing happenings before he felt his calling.Tomorrow is our last class and I am eager to hearwhat he has to say.) Modern Miracles God foresaw a holy mission For this young man of tender age, So the angels came to hold him From the violent ocean's rage. One more time he was in danger, God and His angels interfere. Still he doubted and he waited. God's true word he would not hear. Now we're waiting for the ending. Did God reach out another way? Joyce, Joyce seems like you are truly inspired and have an attentive ear to hear what the Man of GOD has to say about miracles. I belong to a less structured church that decided to attend our local Lutheran Church's Pastor's, who is a good friend of our Pastor, relocation service. So, about 300 of us showed up unexpectantly.... The church was packed to standing room only. Joyce, beware of us Pentecostals!!!! You never know what we just might do. Oh, the Lutheran Pastor was so surprised that he could not speak. Luckily, it was near the end of the service so we sang a song and ended the service there. Amen. I'm also looking forward to hearing the ending of your instruction about Miracles. Smiles and GOD bless. -Bob |
