Eternity spoke across the great divide
When sadness tore
The land now cries at redemptions door
And heavens portal overflows
As angels hold the hourglass
Of promised time
Anticipating joy in that secret hour
That none know
Yet promised by the holy one
God’s only son

(smiles) Yes, yes, the angels will always hold the hourglass of life true to all of us and promise us a time where our tears are washed away by the rain and our doctrines are appreciated and our hearts are healed by His love!
