they speak to me in ways only my soul can contemplate they tell of mysteries still to unfold, of angel secrets and stories bold they tell of the illustrious majesty of God’s eternal grace how his mercy gently falls on me whenever I seek his face in anguish I can cry to Him who knows me through and through he answers me in tenderness, oh, if I only knew how wonderfully perfect is that love he bestows wishing I could embrace it, and forever hold it close longing to be with Him for all eternity and more my one true love, faithful and pure So I listen as the stars speak to my spirit absorbing it all in, drinking in the heavens reaching up to touch the only face that lights my soul with all that is good in me, as the night passes on and in the morning I will praise Him on high for all he has blessed me with until the day I die. Thank you Lord for loving me, for being my only hope Thank you Lord for believing in me, when my faith fails Thank you Lord for all you are, and all you will ever be Thank you Lord, Thank you for setting me free.
