Whispering Winds

The storm clouds ripped the sky apart
as he walked a dusty road, with broken heart
echoes of laughter tore through the trees
a lonely hill seemed his destiny

but the angels whispered...
it's not the end, it's not the end

Some wondered if he was real
others wanted to see him killed
a wooden cross was not the end
a higher plan would now begin
listen close...
it's in the whispering winds

it's not the end, it's not the end
Jesus Christ will come again

BloomingRose,

Truly, everything that has breath praises the Lord.  Why even the whispering winds declare His Victory upon that cross.  I like the way you presented Jesus in your poem.  GOD bless and hope you had a nice Resurrection Sunday.  -Bob

In some, the light shines bright enough for even the blind to see and you would be and are exactly that.  I love the way your verse pulled it all together to the one thing that none of us should ever forget.  Excellent penning.

Thank you all so much for your replies. I am so glad the message was clear.
With the world in turmoil like it is today, Bible prophecy is being fufilled right before I eyes. I take it all in... with much hope and awe.
