Your piece of clay "Yet, O LORD, you are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand." NIV Isaiah 64:8 Dear Lord. As I come to you today A little dismayed a little bit frayed As I pray about my day I need to seek your Holy way. I am just your piece of clay Need to be shaped just your way And so dear Lord I pray Please mold me just your way, today. Pour your molten spirit in To cleanse me from my sin Make me your chosen vessel; build me A strong, strong fin To steer my aching soul to heaven's shore again. Dear Lord please Come into my beating heart today Help me share with other souls Your perfect loving way I need your healing as I humbly pray As I am very weak today Mold me anyway you say Mold me in your favorite way And dear Lord my favorite way Is just to be your piece of clay.
