God's Orchestration

One day the scientists explain,
"The worlds began with a 'Big Bang!'"
Though being smaller than a quark,
Vibrating strings sure caused a spark --
Imagine all the mass we see
Was formed by strings in harmony.
God taps the keys of multi verses
And all the Heavenly rehearses
To play with instruments at hand
A concerto in our Master's band.

Oh, yes!! Beautifully said. Can you imagine the sound in the universe's response to God saying, "Light Be!" I believe it's an unfathomable sound!!!! But it feels my entire being with excitement to consider it, truly, it does!!!!! Thanks for making me go there to that thought, again.

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

Bob:  I did enjoy this unique concept of the earth's beginning. I much prefer it to the scientific explanation!!

I love this, Bob!  It reminds me of a video I watched a while back -- it's a scientific explanation of Creation that lines up with the Genesis account and incorporates the concept you write about: God created the universe in harmony, right down to sound and light waves, and if it were still in that perfect state, we could hear the "music of the heavens" being played by Creation itself.

As I said before, I love this poem!  Thanks for sharing it.

Saved by Grace,

Thank you for your reply.  Actually this poem was written with scientific overtones (excuse the pun) and came to me as a result of my Astronomy term paper on the "Origin of the Universe" and included information about vibrating strings, the big bang, and multiverses.  Like you, I found science very-very interesting from a Christian perspective.  Now, let me say that it is very nice to have you on board with us and that I am looking forward to reading your poetry here as well.  God bless.
