Do you know the false messiah
He goes by many names
The tree of good and evil
His nature is his games

He is the morning star
The snake found in the garden
Abaddon is apollyon
Your hearts he tries to harden

The anti-christ the devil
He is the prince of air
His lies and tangled web
Confuse you so beware

The nature of his game
Is for you NOT to believe
In the one who's our Creator
His intent is to decieve

He wants to be the Maker
The king of all creation
He strikes us in the pulpit
Through all of our temptation

He will come disguised as Jesus
For all the world to see
I hope you will not follow
The one that you should flee

______________________________

Some of his names are:
1. The Anti-Christ (little horn) Dan 8:9

2. King of Babylon (Isa. 14:4)

3. The Assyrian  (Isa. 14:25)

4. Lucifer, son of the morning in opposition to the bright
and morning star  (Isa. 14:12)

5. The Prince that shall come  (Dan. 9:26)

6. The kind of fierce countenance  (Dan. 8:23)

7. The vile person (Dan. 11:21)

8. The wilful king  (Dan. 11:36)

9.  The man of sin  (2Thess. 2:3)

10. The son of perdition  (2Thess. 2:3)

11. That wicked (or lawless one) (2Thess. 2:8)

12. The beast with Ten horns (Rev. 13:11)

Don't forget the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil
The snake in the Garden of Eden

He may come disguised as many things....
He is a "sheep" in "wolf's" clothing.

This was very good- Becky. I also like the scripture reference that you also gave with your interesting Poem of warning.

Great write, White Dove.  You have said much in very few words.  The true Christ shall conquer all, thank God.

by the grace of God.

Very well done, Becky. We who are His own shall have no fear, for we know His Voice and he will not let us be decieved!  Love to you, my friend...Ellie

I like how you tied scripture references into that poem.

I really like how you put scripture into your poem and showed us where you had gotten it from in the Bible. I liked this a alot. Thank you for the read.

White Dove,

The last stanza was particulaly strong.... and gave me some insight about Satan being disguised as Jesus... what a huge revelation to me that is.  Leads me to understand a whole lot better the importance of not leaning on our own understanding.  I will heed your warning.  Bob <><

Ahhh, White Dove, pulls me back into the Left Behind books; a constant
reminder of how close a Demon may be.  Powerful faith keeps it
at bey, and this was just a splendid writing/reminder.  *big smiles*  SR
