I awake this morning with the dawn,
To see the colors going on
The great blue canvass in the sky.

The birds are singing merrily,
As I watch with humility,
The Master Painter's work on high.

I cannot transcribe into words,
This world I share with only birds,
While humankind is still abed.

The longest day of all the year,
Is starting out so bright and clear.
The summer hours stretch ahead.

I vow I will not waste a minute,
Enjoying every wonder in it,
Before this day shall slip away.

I start off with my morning prayer,
Thanking him for tender care
And glorious show at start of day.

As evening comes another show,
God puts it on to let us know
He's staying with us all the way.

One breathe of pure nature and one cannot continue to question the existance of G-d. Excellently written. Shalom...Julian

This is a good example of how God is with us all the time, 24 hours a day.  From beautiful sunsets clear through to midlnight stillness and stars. Very nice,

Ahhh Joyce, I had a morning like this- this morning!

Ah, to breath it all in while it's still quiet, and the air is warm, the sun is shining and the birds are chirping.

What a God given day!!
