Ice tears of Winter
then become the Spring showers
replenish the earth

As the tears I shed
are filled with Your Loving Grace
to flower my soul

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

Ellie in a way this is sad. But you've left me with a remarkable image.

Well written!

I felt that these short verses were expressions of a great faith in God to take something cold and brittle and change it into showers of blessing that will bring forth lovely flowers.  I do believe that your shed tears will not be for naught in your life, but that your heart will bloom forth in blessings as well.  God Bless You,  Bob <><

Truly enriched verse, yet sad I fear.
