Some people seem like angels
because of things they do.
Generous and unselfish acts.
A love that's loyal and true.
An uncomplaining nature
and kindness without end.
Going to the greatest lengths
to help a special friend.
But they will aid a stranger
without a moment's pause.
Caring for their neighbors seems
to be their only cause.
So if you know someone like this,
such blessings they bestow.
They are our mortal angels.
God knows we need them so!

And they are all around us, if we look for the good and not the bad. Great poem. Joyce

Beautiful poem! I thank God for the Angels in my life...Ellie

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

What a great reminder of Gods precious protection he sends our way through the angels. The bible says we may entertain angels unaware, so you never know when you might meet one.

This would be a great Hallmark card!

This is simple and so true, and I know a few who fit this description. Beautifully written.

I know not what the future holds,
but I know Who holds the future.

I don't question YOUR existance - GOD

Whtdove sent this to me in a greeting. What a lovely piece! Often the mortal angel is as unaware of the encouragement, need, or food for thought they serve as is the receiver at the moment.
Thank you,
Rae
