Let My Life Be as the Morning

If I pause life for a moment and look within
I can feel the presence of you.
And as I kneel to pray.I wonder where to begin
there is so much you  have enabled me to do.
I have sight, And am allowed to view
all the work that you have done
The sun, as she awakens the dew.
As the day you have given me is begun.
  No matter the weather,
nor concern over time
You and I are together
Your soul.within mine
  And my amazement in you
grows with each day
As you reveal something new
In your own blessed way
The beauty of the sleepy dawn
The crystalline dew on the grass
The regret when each day is gone
And opportunity has passed.
To glorify you with all that I am
And to offer you all I will ever be
I vow never to release your hand
And to go wherever you lead.
To thank you in unnumbered ways
for the loved ones in my life today.
Oh could I find the words to say
Bless me Father with one more day.
Let my life be as the dawn
Never failing to start anew
And as the sun. let me shine on
And brighten someones view,
And as the grass, let me grow each day
on an upward path to you
May I always seek the way
To be pure as the morning dew

I am speechless!!! literally. I have been trying for months to write something like this, but have not been able to find my way to do so. It is so insperational and makes you want and wish you had lived your life the best each day. It is the little things that matter the most and those little things are always from God. Wonderful Wonderful poem. forever will it stay in my heart.

A pure glimps at morning is to be as you've described... to be one with God in Spirit and in Truth.  It is such a beautiful thing that you are walking so near to God that you can view the world as He sees it. Love in Christ,  Bob <><
